ABOUT OUR COMPANY
We are a general importer supplying a large range of items to various clients. As a rule, we do not keep stocks of items for potential market placement. We source, quote and supply as per our client's specific requirements. We have an extensive supplier base across Asia, Europe, South America and Africa.
We are able to source almost any manufactured item, or, if you have an idea for a new product we can have it made by a reputable manufacturer to your design and to the relevant Australian Standards.
PAYMENT TERMS
- All supplier research, sourcing and quotes are free of charge to the client.
- Commodity samples are supplied on request at cost.
- When an order is placed a 30% deposit is required. The balance is payable on a 14 day invoice from receipt of goods.
- For new clients, or for specialty items, a deposit of 75% may be required.
SHIPPING / TRANSPORT
 International
Allow a minimum six weeks shipping time from date of order to delivery. This can vary depending on the commodity & supplier.
Specific lead times would be advised at time of order & progress updates provided weekly.
Domestic
We can deliver to your location anywhere in Australia. We are affiliated with a reputable transport company regularly servicing the East Coast of Australia and elsewhere on demand.
BUSINESS HOURS
M.D.AM. Imports is focused on customer service, and we understand that not all business can be conducted during business hours. To this end we are available on mobile ph from 8am to 9pm seven days a week.
